I hope you had a wonderful Spring Break. I was thankful for some spring-like weather!  
I am energized and ready for a busy third term in Grade 3.

In Class this Week...
Please get those reading logs in this week and a new one will be issued on Wednesday.  There will be not be a new spelling unit this week so please continue practicing the times table.  
In math, we will continue with our multiplying skills as well as our fraction unit.  We will be continuing with our Shuswap people culture unit. In Science we will be working on our landform unit.  

Library
Please remember to that Library books are due on Mondays every week.

Report Card envelopes
Parents please make sure you sign the Report Card envelope and return them back to the school as soon as possible.

    This is the last week before spring break...hard to believe! This week will see our class continue practicing with times tables and work on our fraction unit.  In Science we have started our Landform unit.  In Social Studies we will be studying Shuswap people unit.  In Language Arts we will work on poems and comprehension on short stories.  This week will be busy with wrapping up units and getting started on the new units in the third term.     
      
Please return all library books by Monday...library day is on Mondays.

We will review the times table....and continue with fraction unit in Math...there will be a new spelling unit this week.  In Social Studies students are moving on to Shuswap people.  In Science...we will wrap up the thermal energy unit this week.  
Please return Report Card Envelopes if you haven't done so. Report cards will come out March 13th.
