I hope you had a wonderful Spring Break. I was thankful for some spring-like weather!  
I am energized and ready for the next 3 months of this term.  
In Class this Week...
Please get those reading logs filled in this week and a new one will be issued on Monday.  There will be new spelling unit this week so remember to do one page a day and the spelling unit is due on Friday.  In math, we will continue with our multiplying/division  skills as well as introducing our next unit later in the week.   

Library
Please remember that Library books are due on Wednesday every week.  It is important for your child to exchange their books every week.

Report Card envelopes
Parents please make sure you sign the Report Card envelope and return them back to the school as soon as possible.

     This is the last week before spring break...hard to believe! This week will see our class have a new spelling unit this week (this spelling will be due on Thursday). Please continue practicing with times tables with your child.  In Language Arts we will work on poems and comprehension on short stories.  This week will be busy with wrapping up units and getting projects home.     
      
Please return all library books by Tuesday...library day is Wednesday. We still have students not returning their books...please make sure your child returns all of their library books.

    I hope you had a wonderful weekend!  It was nice to see some spring-like weather this weekend....nice way to start our month of March. 
In Class this Week...
We will review the times table....and move on to Fraction unit in Math later this week...there will be a new spelling unit 15 this week.  In Social Studies students are working on their presentations on their indigenous group.  In Science...Matter unit will continue.  
Please return Report Card Envelopes (signed) if you haven't done so.
