Welcome to February! Your right February has come fast...now if everything works out... hopefully the weather will just get better and better..... We are still working away on our Science (Force and Motion) and I would like to go to the Big Little Science Center by the end of February (or early March). We have expanded sentences from one to three in our journals. I will have new sight words for students to work on and of course Home Reading will continue. Fill in your calendar for: End of Year Field Trips We have two full day field trips scheduled for the end of the year. On Wednesday, June 6th, we will be going to the Wildlife Park. Siblings are allowed on this field trip. We will be taking the bus, but we will need a number of parents to join us for the day. On Wednesday, June 13th, we are going to Isobel Lake on the bus. We will need some adventurous volunteers to join us for the day (as many as we can get). Due to the nature of this field trip, NO SIBLINGS are allowed. I will be sending out permission slips for Gymnastic sessions at T.C.C. However before that happens I am still waiting on the cost of both transportation and Gymnastic sessions. Once that is in order permission slips will be issued. Upcoming Events...
